What an amazing chase. Hours of epic supercell structure, even a couple tornadoes (which we don't see too well) and amazing photos. The tour group I had with me was a guy from Australia and two from China and I think it was the highlight of their trip!

5:45 What a great photograph that would have been. The white wind turbines in front of that cloud looked wicked!

Mike, you are definitely the structure king. Massive structures follow you no matter where you go. I've got proof! I look forward to your next time lapses.

Hey, love your timelapses especially the Vorticity ones, they really make me see severe weather in a new way. I used to be interested in tornados ever since I used youtube as a child, but your timelapses really made me love the whole structure of the storm. I saw my first supercell here in Germany for the first time a few weeks ago and seeing a meso in person just blew my mind ^^ Unfortunately I didn't have a good place to stop and get pictures or videos of it, chasing is harder than it looks. Really makes me appreciate your work :) Also the structure on this cell looks unreal, I'm hyped for Vorticity 6 ❤

A windsock for your microphone would be nice.

Could I be so bold as to suggest there isn't a wind cover made that could deal with the sort of winds young Mike ventures into.

Thanks Barry...these people must never watch other chasers videos lol. Only way to keep the wind sound free and also hear someone talking is to be inside a vehicle most of the time. I tried a fuzzy windsock mic before and it's not easy and it ends up being a pain.

Mike: I'm guessing by the way you described the conditions shown on the weather charts that you have a really good understanding of the dynamics of storms. But your videos SUCK. The sound is just awful, and waving the camera around and zooming in and out rapidly makes your videos unwatchable. I got 3 minutes into this one before I gave up. I unsubbed, but I'll be back when you discover wind socks for microphones and how to use a camera without making the viewer seasick.

Well thanks for the kind feedback. I'm not out there trying to make epic, perfect sound vlogs, I try to make epic time-lapse films which you can see on this channel. When I'm running three cameras on a storm, leading a tour group around solo and trying to keep us safe, the sound is my least concern. Anyways, see ya.
