For number 18 What he found was the interest as a percentage of the loan...not the actual rate of interest Im not sure if i worded that correctly but when answering this question you were to use the formula and change the subject to the rate...doing this correctly would give an answer of 3 and 1/3 which is not an option..meaning the correct answer was not in the options
