🌙 This is a Full Moon Chakra Meditation for May 2024. This is a Full Moon Meditation for May 2024. We have the Full Moon in Sagittarius. Tis is a guided meditation with a Chakra Cleanse. Sagittarius compels us to take leaps of faith, trusting that the best will unfold. This energy helps us focus on the good and, in that attention, cultivate more positive vibrations throughout life. This energy dares us to take a chance, even if we don’t know the outcome.
Sagittarius teaches us that we can always find the higher meaning in any situation, even those that don’t go according to plan. Sagittarius wants us to walk into unfamiliar territory with the inner confidence that the best-case scenario will occur, even if we have to find it. We do not need to take the familiar road out of fear of the unknown. During this full Moon in Sagittarius, remind yourself that the Universe is always looking out for you. Ask yourself how you can shake things up a little.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be.
