AMEN!!! It was a long way coming but I know God opened the door when He saw I was ready and it was the place I needed to be. I'm praying He does the same when this project is wrapped up. If it's meant to be, there will be a spot for me here; if not, I know He will have a new door for me to walk through.

Enjoy your Idaho trip! I grew up about 30 miles from Boise but moved away after college. Should be hot that time of year, but a very different kind of heat than Minnesota. And cooler nights. Should also be loads of sunshine! If you have a chance to explore, there are many beautiful places to visit. Enjoy!

A coworker lives in the area I'll be in and has told me about all the beautiful scenery and adventure in the area. I am all about cooler nights. I'll be working during the day so if it's hot, it won't bother me....since my job takes place inside a giant refrigerated warehouse!

I'm glad you're more comfortable in this job now. It's awesome how your new team has shown you that they value you. Hopefully, once this project ends, they'll keep you on. Now that you've been diamond painting for a little while, do you find you have a preference for rounds or squares?

I'm hoping I get to stay too. I prefer square drills personally. I'm not the best at lining the drills up and find the squares fit themselves together nicely. Although, rounds do give more sparkle and shine since they have more surface area displayed. Something about the 'click' of snapping in the squares that makes the OCD side of my brain happy.
