You talking about Better Together and your friendship with Christine made me emotional! I've loved and watched you both for years and it's just so amazing to see you supporting each other after all this time. ❤
Your videos are so dangerous for my TBR xD I just got Spoiler Alert yesterday and am excited to read it, and now I have to add new books to my wishlist?! :P
I very specifically want to know if you ever read Wayward Son, I know you loved Carry On, the third book just came out a few months ago have you picked it up yet?
Hi. Just came by this channel. I was wondering if you would share your book titles (or pen name?) so I can check one out. I want to see how you used the 27 chapter method for one of your novels. Please and thanks!
"These violent delights have violent ends." -Westworld Why would an author take/borrow such a famous line?? Idk just seems odd lol. Katy plz make more videos 🙏
Honestly Kat, you should seriously think about starting your own ASMR channel!! You have such a soothing voice!! Thanks for this video, my tbr is soooo increased after this haha! 😊❤️💖😝
one of my favourite tropes is similar to the "fake hating" trope: i love it when there's a pair of friends who act like they hate each other but we all know that can't be the case cuz they're good friends (ex: Ronan and Adam from TRC). I just think it's such a fun dynamic to read
I really hope that the new Christine book is better because the last one was rough... honestly I'm not sure it's possible to write a worse book but I'm not risking it
@@Boonicopter of course it is, the flaws in the first one were fundamental ones not preferences. She just doesn't know how to write and nobody is telling her, it's hard to improve when you’re in a echo chamber.
Hi! It's fine to have your own opinions, but please don't come to the comments of a video by one of Christine's best friends to harp on her. I personally found Again, but Better extremely relatable and enjoyed Christine's tone as a writer, as did many others. The story is impactful and very helpful for many who are struggling with anxiety and finding themselves. While it did not speak to you the same way, I would ask that you consider how it has had a positive effect on others.
@@ShannonLeighMusic ... you are allowed to like a poorly written book it is fine. Which this is no personal opinion. Me disliking it is also independent of the books story. I don’t care if you liked or dislike the plot it's the writing that was poor. Also I like the author still and the reason I left it here is because it's the target audience... I hope to reach a single person who was going to spend money on it and will now reconsider.
@@ShannonLeighMusic Christine is an author, she knows she’s not gonna have only positive reviews. Kat is also an aspiring author im sure she’s old and wise enough to allow her audience to truthfully share their opinions on her friends book which was made to be read and critiqued
