I have to commit that although numbuzin 1 toner is great but once I used ( make prem toner ) is better so I’m already fell in love with make prem toner nothing beats that

It's really amazing to look back and see how we have evolved from past versions of ourselves, isn't it? Oh yes I can be a huge bundle of anxiety! I've learned some things through the years that have allowed me to work on having more peace with my thoughts than being captive to them and that has really helped so much! My personal experience: it was too intense for my skin (like.. redness and irritation higher on my cheeks?) and the texture wasn’t my favorite, a bit heavy and a touch tacky (medium-heavy, like heavier than Cos de Baha azelaic acid but not as tacky). I also didn’t notice any improvements to the texture or evenness of my skin after about 3 weeks of using it once sometimes twice a day. So pretty though!

I had the same experience towards the end of April, Kelly. I was doing so well until I had a hormonal breakout that was also worse than I’ve gotten before. It set me back so much as I struggle a lot with post inflammatory marks. Slowly but surely they have been fading but now I have ordered the numbuzin no 5+ serum because of your videos, and the Tiam vita b5 toner as well. The products that I’ve gotten per your videos work so well for me! I’m excited to start this brightening journey and hope that my hormonal breakouts minimize as I have been struggling with it since I turned the age of 21 I am now 25. Save the bottle for the mini so u can refill it for travel ..lol thats what i do if i have a mini and a big size i can refill . I definitely plan on trying this toner. We have the same toner needs and i have loved everyone i have got from ur recs and i am almost finished with the Etude song Jung 2x so ill replace that one with this even though i have other toners i use layer and interchange. Ill try the Differn patches too also been getting a few chin breakouts but regular patches dont seem to do it for me i like the mironeedle ones but its hard to find good ones.

YES to mindful moments. If we knew all the stress-induced (or at least stress-exacerbated) illnesses we are preventing by slowing down and taking care of ourselves FIRST before we take care of others, we'd be really prioritizing it. Don't let getting an auto immune disorder be the first sign you need to slow down cuz by then --- it's too late. In recovery now and FINALLY learning this. My therapist gave me a one month sheet where I can stick gold stars for each day I take 5 minutes to close my eyes and notice my breathing.
You know, Kelly ... just realized I found your channel because my cheeks are so red and sensitive, I started looking on skincare websites that recommended you and Dr Dray. Sensitive skin is the FIRST sign that something can be going on inside that's not to your benefit. It took me YEARS to finally figure it out and now my sensitive tingling alerts me to danger and I love and appreciate it! I was living in a house with a leak that grew mold. My work and life stress exacerbated my allergic reaction to it. Now in treating the stress and calming my nervous system, etc, the red is going down. Except in times of danger! And then I know to get out or stop eating what I'm eating or drinking - I'm allergic to it and it's not good for me.

I think it's similar to the weight and texture of Roundlab, maybe a touch more hydrating but it's hard to say, they are very similar. I have some pimples right now and they seem to be soothed by the centella and heartleaf in the Numbuzin!
i have this wired questions to ask you , i remember that you mentioned some cleansing foam doesn't work on your face and so you canna of using it as a body wash , is that possible ok to use ??
