The major problem is that in the past Hero Way player knew that he/her can finish it all without spending. Just by executing all tasks. And tasks were published beforehand. Currently we have no such a visibility which means it is unknown and uncertain if it makes sense to spend on Golden Pass while you cannot be sure you reach the end goal
It's much more expensive now. To achieve 1250 opened outland chests you have to spend over 90k Emeralds alone without a special action. For a ridiculous 150 Hero's Path points 😂
@@HeroWarsCentral no is not. I was able to complete the Hero's way previously with no issue by accomplish daily tasks. I was only spending for it but now I'm stopping to. Really sad to see that money they earn are not enough but I don't think 20€ is fair for a mobile game like that. This will enlarge the difference between F2P players (that may can afort the 5€ monthly) vs Spender that are going to spend anyway whenever is the price. Previous Hero's way give a lot of useful resource as Skin Boxes and Gold that make low spender competitive with Heavy spender, now is not the case anymore as you need to spend more than 20€ to accomplish the all Hero's way. P.s. Certificate was removed from F2P and this is a huge disadvantage.
I see stats on Discord : you have to collect 8800 to unlock level 40 of the Battle Pass... Do you really think it's possible for F2P or even low spenders ? And seeing the price of BP goes from 5€/months to 20€ every 28 days, to not being even sure to unlock all 40 levels.... + Lara's évent where you have to spend a lot to get all
8800/28 = 314 per day to get to level 40. For the outland splendor event, there is 885 available if you do all the tasks. The last 4 tasks for the outland chests will give you 450. So all of the points are going to the whales. By not completing those last 4 tasks for opening chests (80,000 emerald), you only have 435. Already almost 2 days behind at day 3.
That's what I'm talking about, there is no way F2P player to get those awards. At least before we were able to get all rewards from bottom tier. And 2x I bought cheapest Golden pass for 4,5 euros (5$) to get more Hero's way coins and to get top tier rewards. No way in future I will buy Golden ticket for 20 euros.
I respectfully disagree Charlie. Spending $40 then being required to spend more money to complete tasks is terrible marketing IMO. The old cost was less than $7 a month.
I would have liked to seen them bundle Valk with the pass to justify the increased cost. Remains to be seen if the pass completion is attainable without additional spending, hopefully it is.
I think your very wrong. I bought the $40 pass and I’ve spent a few hundred bucks so far but only at 16 in heroes way… probably not worth buying heroes way at all anymore
thats not a smart idea either, cuz the x2 energy is during current hero's way only, so if u get it at the end, u miss out on x2 energy for the duration of the month

so i have a bomb to drop on the lara event that makes it the most important thing free to players have ever done but it unlocks fragment farming in expeditions
So what I wish I’d done is not buy the pass until the end of the pass time and see how far I got.. if I finish the pass event on the ftp side then fine.. I’ll spend it to get the pass and mass get a ton of stuff.. if I don’t then it’s a thing I used to like and do and move on.. so now that I got the pass… I’ll see if I finish it this month with my normal spending and play time.: and if I don’t? I just won’t get it next month. Thank you for the explanation because the other thing was it not being explained very easily to know how to get the currency.. until I just watched this video 🤦♀️
New to the game does the city gate section refresh at all or one you complete it it's over or do you have to a certain portion in the campaign to reopen it?
You really need to reopen this question again. I feel totally scammed after buying the 20$ package. Then have to spend endless amount of emeralds to get anywhere!
But we can't earn much Hero's Way Coins. And as F2P player, I think I wouldn't be able to collect all 40 awards, while before I was able to do that and earn much more Hero's way Coins, at least 10000 per season, now it's only 5000.
I am not a fan of the new Hero's Way. Basic used to be less than $10, now it's $20? I have a hard time figuring out what I am to do to earn points, cause I need to go find the tasks...it's stupid...but hey, I'm saving $20...lol
New Hero Ways are more expensive and sucking more money, yet the item being get are more less compared with the previous Hero Ways, Nexter only sucking money without giving more better items and gaming experiences. Sooner or later dont have choice rather leave and sue the game developer for their scam and sucking customer money without entertaining and reasonable prices.
