The May Lee State Office Complex started as a 17.3-acre site in Sacramento’s River District and after four years of design and construction, Hensel Phelps is proud to share a final look at this incredible project. The 1,250,000 SF campus features four interconnected office towers and a seven-level parking structure for State of California employees. The heart of the campus, the Town Square, offers a central gathering space for employees, adjacent to the Richards Market Cafe, which features indoor and outdoor dining. Campus employee amenities also include a childcare center, coffee shop, 300-seat auditorium and fitness center.
