Used to eat a cup of plain greek yogurt after workouts in highschool. At a certain point into the yogurt ur tastebuds get numb/covered by the yogurt and its honestly better.

Unflavored yogurt goes really good with lots of middle eastern food. We call it lebon and fun fact: lots of middle eastern food can easily be vegan

I love unsweetened plain yogurt lol. I'm vegan, but allergic to cashews/almonds, so can't eat a lot of the usual suspects. Cocojune is really good, but really overpriced ngl. I really loved Oatly's yogurt, but they discontinued it :( I really love it on top of avocado toast or as the base for dips. Can also just add things like jam or maple syrup + vanilla to make a sweetened flavored version without buying multiple kinds. Edit: Also, they might not take them since they're perishable, but you can offer the animal products to a local food bank.

Compared to the methane & other greenhouse gases & deforestation that cow farms give off, no. Ofc it has its own set of problems especially modern day farming, but it's still the better option as there are more environmentally friendly ways of doing things compared to meat farms, (ex. Ladybugs as pest control rather than chemicals) I'm also not vegan, I enjoy eating meat! I prefer to source mine from local farms that use all of the cow rather than just the meat, downside is it may be more expensive bc it's not mass produced!

No. For example, in a global scale around 70 percent of all soy grown ist used to Feed animals. There are a lot of other agricultural products that are used as animals Feed. That's very inefficient because we need a multiple pounds of soy to produce one pound of meat. We could Take the soy and with some additional Processing have nitricious protein. Not talking about about all the additional water need to Feed the animals etc. One reason for going vegan is trying to reduce this "waste" and be more resourceful with what we already grow.

Cows arent the only source of meat they should be treated like a luxury once in a week or two food but other meat especially chickens dont have any issues beyond unethical treatment. @@squiddlebeans

not a regular viewer but love maya and her mission - I was always bummed you werent vegan bc you seem awesome but finding out ur going totally vegan is awesome! for me at least it wasnt very hard especially if youre passionate about it. Austin has some great vegan restaurants you should try out
