Her pull-up jumper and crisp cutting are an absolute joy to watch. Coupled with her unselfishness, focus and effort on both ends, she's one hell of a player.
Sue Bird: Best PG Maya Moore: Best SF Diana Taurasi: Best SG Breanna Stewart: Best PF Tina Charles: Best C And ALL OF THEM ARE FROM UConn..... Geno Auriemma is something to get these girls....
Why is the wnba community so underappreciated?I see personalities, work ethic, and skill sets unique to only the WNBA. People become celebrities for their family success why can't you do the same with your big brother?it's a lot I would like to learn to add to my game from these ladies. I cant find any detailed highlights of the stars that ball in the W.there most be a untapped potential in the hard work generated.it should be like a what if tourney once a year with the wnba and nba. the fact it's all for charity and exposure for WNBA. Giannis and Maya 2on2 vs whoever
1st female to be ask and honored to join jordan brand, class act congratulations, Best female hooper ever, respect to all the greats, but Isaid yeras ago wors cant describe how great she is on court and off the court ahe displays the professionlism and ability to care more for well being of other ballislife.. salute to jonathan an maya
I'm a huge Maya fan and I agree. In May, Maya just wasn't herself. However as of now since June, she's been performing well as she's averaging 20pts and shooting over 50% from 3, about 2 steals a game and 4 assists and like 6 boards. I think Maya was voted 2nd and 4th by players and media so she would of started regardless of fan voting. And she also just blew everyone (except EDD) out of the water in the fan votes. Maya still the best player in the world even tho she maybe shooting a career low 40% which honestly isn't that bad tbh. It's just that she's set the bar so high for herself that when she's not averaging 20+ pts, it's like, what's happened to Maya? I'd take her over anyone in a heartbeat, if we're being honest and biased haha lol
nf Great comment. She's definitely so great that even solid numbers look unsolid. I believe Fowles was playing the best basketball on the team earliet in the year wasn't she?
Justin Pettit Yes! Syl has been the best player in the league right now and BG a close 2nd. And exactly. If you saw the numbers - 16/6/4/2 - you'd go like for sure that's an All-Star but from Maya she's expected like 20/8/5/2 and it's like the Law of Averages just won't allow that but she has been getting those numbers lately. Plus, she hasn't been the focal point this yr on offense like her previous 6 yrs - it's been Syl and she's accepted it but no one would know that unless they watched the Lynx on the regular. I expect her to have a great season rest of the way and especially in the playoffs like she always does.
I don't support honestly, the leagues are seperated because there's a big difference in biology and strength so it wouldn't be fair for a girl who has a disadvantage is athleticism but i get what u mean I'd be curious to see how sth like that goes
@@mvp4lyfateverything wdym what do you know all I said was in the highlights there were almost all easy layups except a few unlike in the NBA highlights were there contested doing dunk and going trough opponents and I dint say anything bad just said it was that great highlights I doubt you know anything more than I do in basketball and I just got done with my season
@@jorgegamez3056 Jorge, you watched this woman do step back 3s over defense, crossover, behind the back pull up from the mid range, no look passing, and you commented saying that all you saw were layups. That is why I said you must not know basketball, because you were unable to identify the skills that were presented.
Sad that she’s the only WNBA player that has a jump shot that doesn’t look like a sixth grader’s. Thus the only WNBA player who has remotely aesthetically pleasing highlights
breaka1 100 percent....I’ve never seen her play.....I saw her ranked top ten best ever....I come to see highlights n I see lay ups.....wth? I know this lady had better high lights.
