One of the best scenes in this episode by far! When Alvarez said, "You gotta choose. Do you want to be a dead errand boy?" I was like El Padrino is finally back!!!! Hell yeah season 4 is going to be good.

might just be me, but i think alvarez saw not only some of himself in ez but also alot of jax teller in ez as well. he believes ez can lead the mayans in a different path similiar to what jax was trying to do with samcro before he lost his way.
i have always said EZ is the Jax of the show but from a opposite light. in a great way too, not a rip off. Sutter knows how to do a story as long as he is not rushed on time for any seasons

Not gonna lie I was starting to lose faith in Alvarez after he ditched his cut and bike for a fancy suit and a cage but the minute he said that EZ was his family all of that lost faith was restored
I feel like Nestor knew he had to do what he had to for galindo but I dont think he wanted to shoot alveraz the way he was shaking like "bro I really dont wanna shoot you but I'm gonna have to" even tho it didnt happen just a thought
I like the fact that his hand was shaking along with the tremble in his voice, and then Alvarez just casually puts his gun and up and talks to him calmly without shaking at all.
If anything Nestor forsure runs the cartel side of things and Alvarez puts his patch back on and becomes El Padrino again and sorts shit out amongst the charters

This scene had me almost pissing myself. I knew Ezekiel wasn’t going to die but I Foreal thought Nestor was going to blast Marcus. That would’ve been a fucking crazy as way to end the season
It's the only way I see this playing out as well.. Alverez + Cartel would/could wipe this Mayan charter off the face of the earth within 24-36 hours.. They have made it a point to show that the club isn't even in Mayan territory. They're in cartel gangland so this club has limited back up.. Alverez jumping ship gives the this Mayan group a easy out.
Álvarez would be ashamed on how the club is falling apart all those years in the shadows of Samcro and all the gangs.. el padrino has to come back and Ez is the key to the future of the MC explains why he didn’t kill as well Season 4 baby can’t wait !

I like Nestor it sucks that he is loyal to Mikey Galindo who is the worst character on the show. I fast forward all his scenes, especially the ones with his wife.

I knew Marcus was gonna be ordered to kill a Mayan but I think he didn’t know it would be EZ, he’s ok with killing a Mayan who is against the cartel , the club and him but I have a feeling that he’s more intrigued by EZ he wanted to see him with a patch on his back and I can tell he was happy about it
EZ saved Alvarez's live in S2E1 as well. Even if that weren't the case, the MC made Marcus Alvarez so he couldn't turn his back on the club. Especially not on hear say which is what Miguel got from what's her face
Fr Miguel way too trigger happy when killing allies and his own crew but soft towards enemies. He let LNG push into his territory and ain’t so shit. But he kills anyone on his crew that’s messes anything up lol. It was really bouta just be him and Nestor left cuz he killed his whole inner circle.

Yeah I messed up, I started to watch Mayans during the middle of season 1.. I would have never liked SOA if I had go wait every week for a episode compared to binge for a month or so. This time I waited until all of season 2-3 to be done. So much more enjoyable imo. This show is going to be epic for those who choose to wait until final season or finale to start watching this series.
The fact that Emilio posted a video about him being in this exact situation with someone pointing a gun at his head and showed no fear makes this video hit even harder

This is a great scene! However it really makes no sense for Marcus to do this. He let Happy kill his own son who was also a Mayan, just for a few guns. Why would he sacrifice his own life and his family for someone like EZ who he has very little connection to.
So with Galindo running from Potter and the federales, I'mma bet this means that Alveraz is gonna be el jefe in the cartel now! I seriously hope he can stop this mayan civil war cuz things getting out of control right now! Can't wait for season 4 I gotta see more!
I guess when it comes to brotherhood to the Mayans I think it’s important to know that despite being a member of either fashion cartel or motorcycle gang it’s clear that you need to learn to be your own man because you keep falling someone’s orders are not truly yourself for someone to whipping boy

The whole thing with the bike tracks when they found mama galindo just didn't make that much sense to me- they waited like a year to tell Galindo & he wasn't pissed about that? It was clear where Alvarez' loyalties were but Galindo still gave him another chance? I suppose if they were trying to make Galindo look weak then they succeeded, but IMO his storyline felt a little rushed / inconsistent at times this season
@@justinpigg1694 really? For me it’s the contrary. Alvarez imo is the only main character out of SOA to get an entire story. We seen him go through so much shht. It’s why the scene with his gf Izzy was so powerful. He confides to her.” When I die Im gonna do a lot of answering for the shht I’ve done” Marcus has always been loyal and a man of his word, but to be tested like this is where his true loyalty stands and that’s with the Mayans.
@@gpodin16 Really saw this scene as his shot at redemption. He thought the cartel job would be that but it was just the same shit. Killing EZ would’ve just proved that he’s still the same monster. The club is his family and as we saw from the scene with his wife, having Esai killed still haunts him. This scene displays how much he’s grown over the course of all of SOA and Mayans.
