For ~ 5 cakes (~ the weight of each cake is 200g):
The size of the paper molds is 7 by 8 cm
All products are at room temperature.
- 3 eggs (medium)
- 160g sugar
- 100g butter
- 300g cottage cheese (I have 10%)
~ 250g flour (+ -)
- 100g raisins and candied fruits (I have 50g raisins and 50g candied fruits)
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of soda
- a pinch of vanilla
- lemon zest (to taste)
- 12 g of baking powder (1 tbsp. with a small heap)
Bake in a well-preheated 180°C oven for ~ 40-50 minutes.
