Can’t believe there’s now reefslider cheese for all modes. Insta-capping zone, landing and exploding on tower, popping rainmaker, and jumping to basket. Truly a marvel of game design.

not related to the video but i don't understand why the devs want to keep reefslider's endlag so high. in splashdown, it's a panic button that will sometimes trade but mostly get you killed, but the point is that you're only vulnerable directly after you use it. your opponents are supposed to react immediately. the point of reefslider was that you would slide in so you DON'T need to use it as a panic button. it would be more calculated. your opponents also have much more time to react this way, which is why it's weird that you're ALSO vulnerable at the end of the special?? like you've gotta choose one, nintendo, the beginning or the end. (and for some reason they made it into a panic button kind of??) i hope they rework the special eventually, it could be so much fun

Reefslider just needs damage buff Maybe do what Triple splashdown does and has the circle that indicates the explosion. And make the Reefslider do more damage. One last thing: when using it, Juno back to where you activated the Reefslider like you do inkjet. It would make it a a nice way to avoid dying

I honestly don’t mind reef slider tho it still isn’t a very good special but it does have its benefits. Plus it’s one of the specials that can counter triple splashdown and you can’t get damaged while riding it, tho you are vulnerable when activating or after the explosion at the end of the special

Slider sucks and all but like it's lowkey super fun LOL plus I really like the way theyve put it on a lot of weapons that can get it SUPER frequently so even when it does often have incredibly underwhelming effects it's not that big a deal

GOD THAT LAST GAME WAS SO GOOD, you can make that entire match a video. You guys even started with "What, you want me to pick the one with screen?!" "No, look, you could always Reefslider their basket and we'll jump to you!" I've shown all of my friends that match; one of my absolute favorites of the entire game's lifespan.
