Well interesting episode. Poor Wes. Will we see the end of Alicia in the next 2 episodes? What is your reaction and prediction going into the last 2 episodes? Full Reaction on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/early-access-66556561?
I will have to say that this season the writing has felt so rushed! I feel like they're trying to wrap everything up in a nice little bow before Madison comes back but because they're trying to do it they're not really doing a good job. And you're right characters are changing not from just one episode to the next but during the middle of an episode they change. And Wes did the stereotypical villain thing of talking too much when he should be shooting! I really think they jumped the shark when they decided to do the nuclear fallout and I think they put the horse before the cart and didn't really realize where they wanted to go. But thank you for sharing your guys's views on these episodes cuz it does make it more insightful.
Thanks Kurt. We appreciate you watching. Yeah, we agree with ya. They also shouldn't have done a full season with this blast. Maybe the first 8 eps. But a full season and keeps them limited as we have seen.
@@BaddMedicine And it is so true that every safe haven that they've moved into has been destroyed. I am looking forward to next week's episode with a bittersweetness. Me with the sneak preview showing strand laying there with his eyes open, does that mean that he's just given up or is he dead at that moment or dying? Those of us who have been part of the Walking Dead universe since October 31st 2010 expect good writing and when we have an episode that's not as strong we just hope that the next week's episode will be better, and then when it isn't we hope the next week's episode will be better. And with fear of the Walking Dead it doesn't seem to be getting better.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they do to Alicia what they did with Rick. Somehow she is near death and gets taken by the CRM. Which keeps her off the show without dying. Then the nxt time we see Alicia she is all decked out in CRM gear with a robotic arm that has Wolverine claws that extends and retracts. 😂 I was just teasing about the last part but hey… you never know.
That intro with Quinn talking about the plot was so amusing! Teehee 🤭 & this episode shows despite the differences they've had, Victor will always have a soft spot for Alicia & I kinda had a feeling Wes would get taken down down as soon as he turned on Victor & quite enjoyed your reactions for this episode!
Can't help it Just LOVE you guys. Strand loves Alicia he wants her to start over a NEW LIFE with him. He loved Madison , maybe this is how everything will fall into place.
Unfortunately, I'm with you guys on the writing. IMO, Season 6 was brilliant, but Season 7 is the complete opposite. I have a severe case of whiplash from this season, but especially from this one episode. There were genuinely moving moments, but they were negated or overshadowed by too many bad ones. (By the way, I laughed so hard at the opening to your reaction. Yup.) At any rate, I feel sorry for the actors. They're working their butts off and it shows, but there's only so much they can do with bad/inconsistent material. I keep hoping it will turn around, but no luck so far.
Haha .. glad you got a laugh out of it in the beginning. Yeah, I agree, they actors are working hard with what they are given. Really hope this writing style changes in season 8.
Strand is one of my favorites in the TWD univeese. I like his duality, that he's not always the good guy, but this season he was made out to be the villain just because he found a building and made it his home. That's not a villain in my book, that's just someone defending their caste. I liked Wes, but was fine with Stran killing him, and as we saw this episode Strand is'nt all bad, he also cares about people
Stay or go, kill or not kill, stay together or split apart. The characters' logic is all over the place this episode though the same can be said about the entire season.
Glad we saw savage Daniel again for a bit , he’s been nerfed and beaten the past few seasons ;( he’s one of the characters who woulda fitted with Daryls group , imagine him and carol both pretending to be weak , dark horses haha
You guys do great reactions, one of my favs! Your faces with the Daniel and the guard scene priceless lol. About the same reaction over here. Yes DO NOT watch next week’s previews. OMGOSH right! Plot twist Madison hears Alisha’s transmission. Arrives in time to save you know who maybe!! Who’s getting Charlie out in her condition? Idk.. Thank you both! Fun times always guys, with what we get from FTWD lately!
I think the show needs to get the writers from Better Call Saul! They know how to write a tight tight script! These writers can’t fight their way out of a paper bag.
This episode is a bad day time soap opera - people lying to each other, then telling the truth, then turning on each other, then partnering up, turning on each other again... I have whiplash. For me, the biggest flaw this episode is that Alicia's group turned up at the tower seemingly without a plan for how they were going to take it. Wasn't the whole idea behind lying to Daniel so that he would be ultra focused and put his knowledge, experience, and skills to use in coming up with and executing a plan to take control of the tower? Yet we didn't see them do any planning nor execute anything that resembled a plan. Was their best idea simply to let Daniel go ham and somehow single-handedly fight his way through Strand's people on determination alone?..... So ridiculous. This episodes highlight?..... Daniel Salazar teaching a man a life lesson whilst taking his life - it's never too late to learn. #savage
This episode was full of bad writing and further justifies my statement in previous posts that despite the success of season six, immediately once the season was over I would’ve fired the two main writers and hired a new show runner just off the premise that what we got in season six was the best those writers were capable of. And as we can see now it seems all downhill from here. I would’ve just taken the chance with a change. This half of season seven to me is way too much like the latter half of season four.
Always look forward to ur reactions hahah , I haven’t really kept an eye on it , do you guys have a schedule of when u upload or nah ? Like u watch movies too d u have a day u upload movie reactions - or just whenever
Movies we always shoot for Tuesdays. TV shows when we do them are typically when we can drop them. We are looking into increasing our Movie drops to 2 a week. Just a matter of editing and getting that all out on time. If none of us had day jobs, we would be cranking out everything.
My three favourite characters all In the action Daniel strand and Alycia this episode I really liked it glad wes died they seem to be clearing out the dull extra characters now ie Charlie wes maybe more ahead
Wow imagine if they do to Alicia and Madison the same as what they done with Ofelia and Daniel. Daniel trying to get Alicia back to Madison before Alicia dies, and Madison just sees them as Alicia takes her last breath. It may be primary school writing so it has a chance to go this way. 🤣😂
I don't understand this writing??? It is too confusing!! Exactly why didn't Wes just take some people with him and go out of Texas to anywhere!!! It would have great if he made a deal with the CRM !!!!!! Then Strand to change again!! Arrrrgh!! They never should have made him a Main villain or at least a partial villian like how he was with Jenny!! Maybe make Howard the lead Villain! They could have written him more of a Governor type!! Governor lost his family too!! I blame the writers!! I hope next season is better. Time for them to CLEAR!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I’m rewatching season one right now and omg it angers me to see how great Daniel is as a character and Madison and just pisses me off they don’t utilize Daniel more and Madison should never of left and nick I wish never got killed
This episode was all over the place SMH If they plan to continue FEAR now that Madison's returning...PLEASE get rid of the showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg and replace them with Angela Kang.
I also think the radiation is somehow stopping her,Alicia from turning....TS-20 ? Just having fun with the show...that's entertainment :) thanks for the vids guys!
I used to like to watch reactions to the episodes now I'm enjoying MQ laugh at the ridiculousness and DDD try to temper his savage comments 🤣🤣 I feel your pain.
I stopped watching it bc its no surprises anymore. And i was like wtf and idk if why certain things bc some of it doesn't make sense at all. But i think everything being rushed bc of maybe whats gonna be happening next in our lives and everything they have these movies n tv shows coming out for a reason and a "CIVIL WAR" LIKE WE R GONNA BE HAVING SOON... JUST THINK ABOUT IT
I think they are going to start connecting the shows now...... I guess I'm in minority, but I really like the storylines...I just like the 1970s feel to it.. ...
Yeah, I'm sorry, but Alicia does some stupid shit, so does everybody else, lol! I couldn't care less about Wes, should've stayed painting the trees, I didn't like how self righteous he got - everybody does horrible things now because they have to. It's the zombie apocalypse dummy 🙄🙄 Now I think I just keep watching to play Spin The Radiation Wheel 😉🤣🤣🤣
Guys big fan of your reactions ❤️ but Guy's i wanna suggest you to please do jordindian videos. Guys it's gonna be whole another level of fun unlimited.... please look into it i wanna see your reactions and please react as raw as possible.... ❤️✌🏻
Well, the dissapointment is back guys. This season is a trainwreck & a dumpsterfire !. It’s basically season 5 recycled. Which is so weird because the new showrunners have shows they are capable. Season 6 was amazing in my opinion. It’s my favorite season of this show. So i don’t understand why it’s so hard to make this series good. I almost feel like Scott Pimple (oops, Gimple) is holding Chambliss & Goldberg in chackles. It’s very frustrating :(.
Agreed. I just don't get it. They should've never have dedicated a while season to a nuclear fallout. All the talent they have for actors and this is what they give them. Just sad.
@@BaddMedicine I know, right. Season 7 could have been like season 5 of the original show. It could have started with our group finding each other, reuniting and then getting on the road moving away from the blast zone of Teddy's Nuke. Then we could have had 7A about the group being on the road, traveling while looking for a new home. BUT i'll reserve final judgment until i see the last 2 episodes because i am super excited for Madison to come back.
It's sad to see wes go he was a good character. Other than the Charlie scene this was a good episode. I'm hoping that we don't lose Alicia or strand I really like both those characters and I'll be personally devastated if they die, the tower is definitely going to be destroyed,
Please do watch these indian movies which are most awaited & india's biggest movies 1.RRR 2.KGF2 3.PUSHPA As of Now But, there are much more movies You need to watch
They really need to turn this show around with season 8. Make it feel like season 3. High stakes with situations that actually make sense. More action less talking. Even if they do turn this show around in season 8 season 7 is going go be in the back of my mind forever because it's made zero sense.
Jason, we aren't just going to stop a show right in the middle. We are going to see it through. We are very critical of the writing. Not the actors. Nobody is forcing you to watch this. 🤣
