Spicy brown maybe too neutral, it looks a little flat. I think that's why you're seeing the cast. I prefer coconut on you:)

@@SachaBloom spicy brown has a pink undertone that's why it looks ashy on you. Coconut looks better on you.

I think you can do both, I would wear the spicy brown with my more colorful clothes, and the other one with my less colorful ones, also your blush and shadow will make a difference 🤔

Nice of you to show 4 swatches of similar range of colours, and we could see how you decided the 2. I think you should try cappuccino. In my opinion coconut was too dark for you, and spicy shade definitely had the grey cast.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I truly appreciate the feedback. I agree that the coconut shade is a bit off. I recently tried these shades again and none are a match. I think I may have to mix them. Were you able to find your shade?

@@SachaBloom not yet, sadly. I’m still experimenting 😢. I’m trying Rimmel brand, just to try a different brand. Maybelline has been unsuccessful for me

Idk I found coconut to be too orange. Thats why I stopped wearing it alone. Maybe mix the 2.

i think coconut looks better on you. i do see the white cast on the spicy brown, it'll probably show more at night in pictures with flash. that's actually what was happening to me today with 330 toffee where it just looked slightly off, so i think spicy brown may be my color.

Although both are your natural skin tone....I am wondering if you have warm undertones. The coconut seems to give your skin a vibrant glow and the spicy brown seems a little bland on you.

Hey Mashla B I've althoughs thought that my undertones were more along the lines of cool to neutral. I don't like any of the shades as they currently stand. I think I may have to mix them to find a match.
