Shortly after takeoff, the crew encountered an engine issue, requesting to level off at 10,000 feet. As the situation escalated, they declared a PAN-PAN, signaling an urgent situation, and initiated a return to Phoenix. As the aircraft approached its final descent, the crew declared a MAYDAY due to further engine malfunctions.
