Robbery is *not* considered a violent crime? Are you serious? Someone uses the threat of ending your life to forcibly take your property and that’s not considered a violent crime? That’s an extremely violent crime. They’re literally violating people in the worst way which exactly how victims feel. The governor needs to step up and do something about this. The legislature does as well if the law needs to be changed.

He has GOT to find money to relocate these kids and get them out the gangs. He has GOT to find money for after school programs to expand their list of sport more than just basket ball. He has GOT to find money to help poor teens ages 12-15 find work either through the school or the state public works. They have 2 gangs that are active in the city now. As i always say about Baltimore If you conquer the poverty half of the issues will be solved.
