It would definitely be cool if Maytag offers electronic versions for the home. I think the laundromat machines are rather handsome looking . Very cleanly styled and minimalistic control panels.
@@DylBuilder1 I took them down. I will hopefully film other machines again in the future if the LORD is willing. I sold my house and have to start packing and get my stuff ready to move.
Would really love to see this version with the flex vane agitator in operation. The thing is I see more and more laundromats are going strictly FLers now. Where are they putting these machines?
In the garbage in 5 years! This sure ain't no machine worthy of wearing the Maytag name!!! But then what do whirlpool fan boys know about washing machines anyhow! lol lol
@@Channel-cm7yc Whirlpool is still around while Maytag is just a name. Sorry it took a year to respond. 🤪. Back in the days of the belt drive, Whirlpool washers were just as well built if not even better built than Maytags .
pat cola um no they weren’t. If you were in service you’d no better than saying something like that! KitchenAide went crap after Hobart sold them Whirlpool. They were cheaper because they were cheaper designs with less robust parts geesh even whirlpool still used the solenoid mode shifters that constantly burnt out long after everybody had moved on from that design. Direct drive meh not a vast improvement either. Their dishwashers leaked you lost your motor due water damage. Out of all our brands whirlpool was in our shops for everything that could go wrong and did. They were not service friendly either it was throwaway then. Only thing I ever like by whirlpool was their electric ranges back in the day that was it!
Maytag ain't Maytag anymore. Just rebadged Whirlpool machines and closed down the Newton, Iowa Maytag plant and did away with all those jobs. WP bought Maytag just to eliminate the competition. My mother has a Maytag washer and dryer set that are thirty years old this year and they are still going every day.
Looks like you took a lot of tips from Speed Queen, looks like it has a suspended tub, i will never in life own any mfg washer with suspended tub. Speed Queen TC series the way to go
