So my dryer was doing where it wouldn't spin up or blow air and keep saying check lint screen, cleaned the whole thing out, I looked up other videos that were older than this one and decided to check the thermal fuse, I have a multimeter but couldn't find it so I used an old school power tester and well much like a solenoid I jump started the dryer and it worked fine for as long as it was left on. Turned it off came back to the same issue. I think its the thermal fuse but before I had tested that I reached in the upper portion of the back and got a tiny shock. To anyone having the issue check that sensor first, seems like it can pop pretty easy. Hope this helps, thanks for the video!
Just would have been nice to see from the beginning. It looks exactly like my set but it's not my door connector was on left not right so I'm struggling with this lol
Sorry buddy lol it’s my first video, I don’t have the tools, experience and time to do a thorough how to and edit. I just hoped video would help someone since I could not find answers and it took me a bit to figure out. Have a blessed day friend!
I wish you would have videotaped replacing the part after receiving it and putting it back together. But thanks anyway for the info as to where the part is.
My electric Maytag bravos turns on and even counts down, but it’s not spinning or doing anything But the timer counts down. Will this thermal fuse solve my issue?
Why did you start recording after you’d already removed everything? Not helpful at all. You might as well just had it all put back together and then explain what you did.
Dude I just wanted to know how to get the door off thanks for nothing bro wtf seriously why wouldn't you show how you got to this point? I can't get the door off... can't find where it's holding at bottom
