We replaced the lid lock switch because we thought it was bad. It would kick in and out and my clothes were not washing or spinning out. The lock switch is locked open, I seen someone had said to hold the catch back, hit start and it would unlock, did not work. I’ve went through several different calibration modes with no luck. Did your test here and it goes through the lights, but no actual tests. I’m bummed, this machine isn’t that old. :(
I'm not a pro, but there is likely a switch to let the machine know the lid is closed, have you looked at that? If it thinks the door is open, it will not work. Let us know how it goes.
Check out or full video on this issue and diagnosis, I'll pin the link to top of comments to help others as well. Basically the units wash plate (agitator) didn't wash, and actuator made loud clicking noise while trying to "shift" modes. Super easy fix, inexpensive part, hope that's all that's wrong with yours. Thanks for watching.
Hello. We didn't have a fault code, we just used the menu to work through each cycle so we could verify what was, and what was not working to determine our problem. Hope that helps, but if not, let us know! Thanks for watching.

No doubt, they are made just for the landfill, not like they used to be. I'll def watch out for Samsung too, my friends flooded his house!! Thanks for watching!
