In this video, I will explain the Mazak VC-Ez 20 and VC-Ez 26 but first let’s talk about Mazak.

The VC-Ez 20 Vertical Machining Center, manufactured in Kentucky, combines a tough spindle and a space-saving design with unparalleled affordability to put Mazak quality and reliability in nearly every workplace.The highly adaptable machine fulfils numerous production demands with a full range of spindles, auto tool changers, and chip-coolant management options.Improved operator ergonomics and a large work area make it easier to load and unload workpieces and tools, while an extraordinarily quick traverse rate of 1,654 ipm in the X, Y, and Z axes allows for better throughput.
The MAZATROL SmoothEz CNC comes with complete MAZATROL conversational programming and EIA, ISO programming compatibility, as well as QUICK MAZATROL for quick part-program generation and validation, and MAZATROL TWINS for offline part programming.The SMOOTH Machining Configurator optimises cutting settings in real time, while the Intelligent Thermal Shield regulates thermal stability for increased dependability and enhanced product quality.
Let me talk about machine features.
