This video shows how to see CNC running conditions, how to check axes and spindle drives error codes history and how to download the Operation Log folder.
The c:\Operation\Log folder contains one OBD per day with all the machine keyboard history, meaning that you can see what keys the operator or any machine user have pressed during the whole day.
If you analyze the OBD with M740Player.exe portable app, you can determine if there was an error on tool offset correction or similar.

Nice video!! I have a question you may be able to answer. How do you manually move the steady rest on this machine. I'm new on it, but need to move it from it's current position.

@Mario, we do have this CNC installed on a lathe Mazak QTN450-II and it doesn’t have steady rest, but only tailstock. I recommend you to get the machine operation manual for your machine from Mazak. What machine model do you have? Usually any Machine with a steady rest, it has JOINT mode , which engage a cylinder on steady rest with the Z axis to be positioned back and forward as needed. Also it has JAW mode, which clamps/unclamps the part (open/close the jaws).

Do you know how to program a Dwell Mode for your drill? For example, as the drill is pecking in and out of the part, when the drill pulls out of the part, I want it to feed hold for 1second so coolant can fill the hole and allow chips to come out. I have Mazak Mazatrol.

Hi there. Have you tried G04 X2 ? The seconds are defined by X, in the case of the example are 2 seconds. Hope it helps.

Hi. I have problem with mazatrol matrix nexus 2. I have 2 errors and I don't know how fix it. 1393 R.D Relocation Detected. 1397 R.D Battery Not Mounted. Please help me to fix this 2 errors.

Hi there. What machine serial number you have? Do you know the parameter where you have to enter the password to reset the alarm?
