It's called the BT 50 and the minimal price is likely to be $25-$29k in 2025 basic trim. Watched several other videos on it. I would still get it over the other trucks in the same market like Ford, Chevy, Ram, Honda, Nissan or GMC. In my case I wouldn't be heavy hauling or anything like that. Sounds like a nice truck to have around for yard and farm work.

A 2 door cab would be cheaper, lighter and roomier for 2 adults. Mazda could give is a fold down center arm rest / seat for the occasional 3rd passenger.

probably 8k from manufacturing, tack on a dealerships cut and it’s gonna be closer to probably 12k-14k. still good for a small truck

It makes great advertising for companies to flash something cheap. By the time the dealer,shipper,delivery and all gets added in it will not be 8000

No, a Wankel is not the same as a radial engine used in old airplanes. Those are still piston engines.

It’s still just a dressed up/down Ford Maverick. Pure garbage. Not to mention 8k? It’s great how the manufacturers all come up with a “me too” model in the last 5 years or so. Toyota had the Stout, Ford had the Courier, GM had the Luv.

No Wankel engine please! Mazda already has a solid 2.5L and 6-speed auto trans platform. And let’s not forget that past Mazda compact trucks were just a rebadged Ford product.
