Pak tanggung, untuk fog lamp ultinon yg xtreme 2700k itu ada bawaan plat besi mirip kayak housing lampu kabut mazda plat besinya, kalau dipasang lampunya kira2 aka lebih redup ga? Karena artinya melewati 2x plat besi itu

@@FelixDanGarasiAuto beam is still short even with max adjustment done. I removed the adjustment screw and secured the assembly with zip tie for higher lamp inclination.

There is adjustment on CX-5 fog lights at the bottom of bracket looking up you will see adjustment screw use 10mm socket to loosen. The fog lights pivot at the top sides, after loosing the screw slide forward to raise cut off line or rearward to lower fog light cut off line. Foglight cut off line should be 4” inches lower than installed center of bulb height at 25’ ft away from vertical wall. Example if fog light center is 18” from ground than at 25’ ft away from the wall on level ground the fog light cut off line should be 14”.

The main head lamp for Mazda cx 5 (12’ to 16’)are fitted with HID Xenon system. If you want to use Led bulbs you will need to retrofit / do a custom headlight with upgrade projector such as Osram Biled.

If you have halogen 9005 high beam bulbs that also work as DRL day time running lights, only Morimoto 2 stroke 3.0 will work properly as DRL at 10% and full power when voltage is above 10V when high beams are on. All other LED 9005 bulbs are designed to work with input voltage of 12v not 6v when DRL are used.

Here we only get HID xenon version. If yours have halogen version you can swap to LED bulbs if im not wrong they are H11 bulb for non xenon headlight.

@@FelixDanGarasiAuto Sure thing, it cannot be replaced with Xenon ones, only with LED version. Do you have any recommendations for main LEDs?

@@majklong maybe Philips or Osram ?? But i know there are other brands around the online market place that has the similar result to suit your budget n needs.

Headlamp ini menggunakan automated leveling.

Headlamp CX-5 2014 HID bisa distel naik turun dan kiri kanan, ada baut stelan di belakang batok lampu. Kalau repot bisa dibawa ke bengkel, di jakarta ada Start Tire yg memiliki alat kalibrasi ketinggian headlamp.

The headlight adjuster is on the back of headlight assembly, use a 10mm wrench to adjust. Turn clockwise to lower the cut off line and counter clockwise to rise the cut off line. Look at the front of headlight assembly you will see a dot or measure from center of projector housing to ground. Position the CX-5 25’ ft from a vertical wall on level ground with headlights on you will see a horizontal cut off line. The cut off line should be at 30” or 2” below center of projector lamp center 32”.

Kalo tangan kecil bisa muat tanpa buka plastik fender liner. Tp kalo tdk bisa akses dr atas harus buka plastik fender liner. Seperti video yg sy buat cara ganti parking lights.

Yes sir the same. If yours have halogen bulb it is applicable to swap to these bulbs.

Lebih ke Estetika si Bro. Kalo hujan sy rasa tdk bisa tembus karena cahaya putih dan housing fog lamp nya bukan projector. Jd pancaran tdk fokus tengah.

HID yes if u like but too bright for my liking.

Kalo ini sy lakukan lebih ke astetik nya. Kalo comparison cahaya terangnya hampir sama. Sekedar ingin modernise warna cahaya nya aja. :)

@@hendyadisumarto7321 karena yg oem foglight assy nya ad sejenis penghambat pantulan sinar nya. Kalo misal di keluari penghambat pantulannya, saya rasa bisa terang bgt. Bisa bisa jadi silau kalau di buka.
