The vicious cycle that you spoke about. I resonated with it so much! and ive tried a lot of different things, changing my environment definitely helped. for just starting is really difficult. but oddly what i noticed was ki the more i study the more i feel motivated and the less i feel the need to use my phone. ur videos have always helped me to get started. tysm ily advikaaa

Hii sis I'm an 8th grader. It's 2 am and I'm studying right now as I have my maths exam tmro I just took a 5 min break where I found ur video, tho I won't sit to watch it right now but just the thumbnail has motivated me enough to keep studying, the worst is I'm dead sick as well, Guys I wish y'all could wish me good luck for my maths exam, and all the best to everyone out there who are having their exams

9:04 , I can seriously relate so much to this part, I don't know whether it's because I am a procrastinator or because it's much less hurtful if you don't get good marks by not studying instead if you had studied and not performed well.
