mam just after my mbbs and internship from sharda how much can i earn per month in hand....is it worth investing 70lakhs as mbbs seats are increasing day by day....
Hey it doesn't matter from where you have done mbbs. You get a job of 1.15L per month in delhi government i.e. valid for upto 2years after mbbs. Other than that rest all states give you a salary of 60-65k pm in north india and 30-35k in south india. Recoverable yes. As you can do locum duties side by side spl in delhi but it's very exhausting. Also if you work in private hospitals even in delhi as a fresher you don't get more than 60-65k pm. I don't think it's worth it. Rest you can see your.
70-80 thousand per month is the average RMO salary in delhi.. in third tier city it is lower.. and in government jobs you can land somewhere around 1-1.25 lac. But I sincerely believe that if you plan to do an MD and work hard for a government seat in MD ( and secure it), then doing mbbs from private will be worth it.
@@Shaifalikathakurbut what if the patient inflow is a bit less in the private medical college, does patient inflow and how many patients we look after in our inter ship matter that much and will affect our ranking and marks in NEET PG/NEXT examination? Please tell me your honest opinion
@@SOUNAKBANERJEE-ic1ly honestly you wont be doing a lot of great work in internship. Mostly it’s paper work, notes, sampling, NG, cannulation etc and most of it is going to be on indoor patients.. which are enough at sharda..Apart from that there are ample patients for history/ examination etc
avg patient flow in OPD depends on what department. Medicine/ surgery/ paedia/ obg have a lot of patients, more than 50 on average. Sharda>TMU=ERA=ROHILKHAND
@@Shaifalikathakur dii more than 50 in one department n, somebody is telling me that including all the department it reaches up to 1100 per day on an avg it's true ?
Hi di first of all thank you for the informative video really liked it but just wnated to know one thing more that iam from UP only and i have heard that it is necessary for every student in Sharda to be a part of the campus even if you live near to the university so is it like that ?!!
They gave this exact same instructions to us as well, but every year, we have day scholars who cancel and get refunds for college hostel allotments. You can talk to the housing authority and explain them your situation. Usually they agree and let you pursue as a day scholar, if your reason is strong and genuine.
I echo with dr Shefali.. my son is also student of sharda mbbs and I must say academics n environment is extremely good.. No hidden charges.. all charges r fixed by updgme Good luck to all
Better than other private colleges.. sharda hospital has free opd service.. people from greater noida and neighbouring villages come there for treatment..
@Kalpana Pal honestly, there are many govt colleges in ncr region, so patient load is average its not as good as in smrs. My brother's a student there and while the infrastructure is good, you'll find better academic quality in smrs bareilly and muzaffarnagar medical college.
@@kritikachauhan6819 yes this is true, but with that I’d also like to bring the harsh reality of mbbs almost being reduced to a preliminary course .. for post graduation.. and in today’s world, considering internship in question, there might not be enough patient exposure, but in the real world, it’s good enough for internship.. I have different views if you ask me about PG at sharda.. for Pg the patient load is definitely less than what’s needed.
When deciding a college for UG, please keep in mind the state domicile eligibility you get for your pg… UP has a lot of colleges and hence, a lot of seats for pg, which makes it relatively a good state to complete mbbs from. State domicile gives you a good chance to secure a pg seat. For example, at my rank 1773, I was at a state rank 55 in UP. This helps people who are looking for competitive or specific branches of their choice.
Bro,, right now from where u r persuing your mbbs?? Because I am also confuse between KMC Manipal and Sharda University,,,, my neet rank is 32274 and not getting any government mbbs seat and belong to UP ,, pls advise me in which college should I go for KMC Manipal or Sharda??
Hello didi i have heard this college is very strict they only allow one leave per month and whenever you go out you have to do detailedd entryy contact information etc .will i not get to hang out all that much. ? .
It’s not a problem. I was bad in physics and chemistry too. MBBS is a completely different ball game. And I believe if you love what you are doing, there is no way you wont succeed!
Hy Di 586 marks 93671 rank gen Rajasthan. How much possibility to get in sharda. so much confusion there regarding is it worth do mbbs in private medical college. And any hidden charges in college ?
First of all, you have a chance at getting Sharda, but it might be a wee bit difficult. If you get sharda, trust me it's definitely worth doing MBBS here. If talking generally in any private college, I think doing MBBS is worth it specially in two conditions... If you have a family set up of hospital/ clinic/assets.. secondly if you are determined to study and crack a govt seat in NEET pg.
Hey...can you please tell me if there is any chance i can get sharda in any of the round...243 marks general category haryana domicile.....i'll be very thankful if you can tell so...
Hello dii.. Do we have to apply separately on sharda's site for admission?? or registering through upneet is enough? Because today when i opened sharda's website, it had a option to apply in 2021 academic session for mbbs. how many seats r there? 200 or 250?
No.. honestly it doesnt matter.. because we barely interacted with other colleges and students. The medical side of the campus was literally just dedicated to medicine and related courses. I dont see how it would be a disadvantage though.
Md paediatrics in Sharda is very good. Since the obg dept has a lot of footfall, neonate cases are always on the higher side. Icu exposure is also very good. The academics is nice and the faculty is outstanding.
Hey! SRMS is also a nice college, and remains one of the top choices when it comes to UP medical colleges (private). If I had to made a decision government>>>> SRMS>>>> other peripheral private.
@@aayushikalra Hey there. Both are very good institutes. Academics is good at both places. But if you are confused, I'll tell you what might help to make a decision. SRSM is very strict college and the city is not very well planned and college student friendly. It's however an older institute and patient inflow is good as well. If you are okay with these things, you can choose srsm.
I am not coming from an English speaking background, neither we used to talk in English in schools. I am not at all habitual in English speaking. Can i manage?
Your english sounds rather okay…😁 you’ll mostly be dealing with patients who converse in local dialects. However, medicine curriculum is in english no matter where you go, so you’ll have to learn it anyway.
Hello! I’m new to your channel and thank you so much for the information covered. I would like to know if it’s wise to take up MS General Surgery from Sharda. Kindly reply.
Hey! Welcome! Ms surgery is okay, relatively new here. However I found the patient load for surgery to be a little on the lower side specially when comparing it to the number of PGS.
Maam great review what are your views for bds in sharda university if one want to join in 2023 if you can provide a contact or id of students currently pursuing bds there it would be of great help
Yep. Examination fees is paid every year.. its not alot.. 5k per examination year. Fest entry is free for students but charges need to be paid if you want to participate in activities. No extra charges for cadevers .
@@mysteriousgirl490 less chance becoz last year cut off was around 110k and this year cut off will slightly increase....so less chance at 146k....look for other colleges too like hind barabanki, rohillakhand Bareilly, mujaffarnagar med college
You are free to choose your own books to study! Topics are covered with individual slides that teachers prepare from a variety of sources. Most of us were encouraged to buy international standard books but when it comes to exam preparation, we came down to BD chaurasia for anatomy, vasudevan for biochem and A K Jain for physio!
Hi!! Is sharda a good option to choose for MD medicine? Whats is the patient load(opd/ipd) in the department? Can u suggest any other better private college in UP for post graduation in medicine apart from srms?
Hi! Being completely honest, I believe that the patient load is suited better if you were to pursue Mbbs from here. In MD , the number of cases and footfall in a department is an important factor that decides how experienced a clinician you will be . Though patients have increased in the past 5-6 years, it is not still as much as government colleges. Gims kasna has been started around the area so patient load gets distributed ( though GIMS does not have a lot of facilities till now) . High charges ( when compared to govt set ups) often stop patients from getting admitted here . This is common in almost all private colleges. Another factor is MD medicine will also require you to manage time to study for NEET SS, so if you have it in your mind that you need a lot of time to study for SS, Sharda can be the place for you! Md medicine as a department is very nice, the faculty is great. They would have regular classes . Opd footfall ranges anywhere from 35-100 in a day. Indoor admission are 3-5 in a day. Again, this is a range and it may be more or less. Other colleges I would prefer in UP are Era, Rohilkhand, TMU, SRMS bareilly.
Hey di ... First of all thank you so much for the video content..i wanna know my score is 388 general..can i get mbbs seat at sharda..( Money is not issue)
Maam are there any hidden charges apart college fees.. likewise miscellaneous fees 85000..did we have to pay this every month or it's yearly Or there any again charges which college charges later on
Hey di, I’m from a middle class family and i have scored 540 in neet but in this marks I would not get govt clg so please guide me is there any hidden charges in smsr because i cannot afford fees of private clg but still taking loan for it. I’m confused between smsr and symbiosis plz tell what would you prefer and is there any hidden charges.
Hey there! 540 is really good marks and you should definitely be proud of yourself! To my best knowledge, SMSR does not levy any extra charges. Atleast, we did not have to give anything more than the tuition fees and hostels. The tuition fees and examination fees are usually paid together. The exact fees is also regulated by the UP medical council so you can skip worrying about it. If your choice is between symbiosis and smsr, I’d probably think its best to choose a place where you want to stay in the coming next 10 years of life. When you do mbbs from a state, you get eligible for state domicile of that state. So it’s best to choose a city which is in the state where you want to pursue pg in . ( chances of getting desired seat and college are way higher in state counselling). Also, I believe sharda has been functional for longer, and UP has a lot of medical colleges for pg too, so At your place I’d probably be more interested in SMSR. Hope this helps.
@@nidhi286 Hey ! You can take education loans from private banks. Though the interest they levy are high, private banks do provide loans anywhere from 15 to 40 lacs.
Paediatrics- good patient load. Great NICU exposure. Ward patients are always on the higher side. Faculty is great. The atmosphere in general is non toxic. You can find Some very great mentors in paediatrics. Orthopaedic patient load is a little on the lesser side. You might get a better idea if you visit the college once. However, all kinds of operative procedures are performed here.
Kmc>Sharda=symbi=hims. Different areas, different reasons. Your choice amidst sharda symbi and hims should depend on where you want to pursue your pg and practice.
At MBBS level, patient flow/load isn't really necessary as much as it's for PG. However, for an answer to your question, for MBBS students patient load is good particularly. I am in my internship and if you attend theory classes here regularly and your clinical postings, you'll be at par with govt college student
Hello didi I this year gave neet and getting 500 , its my first attempt so should I take a drop or go for sharda medical college. Your suggestion will be a great help
Bhai dekh scene aisa hai agar tujhe guarantee hai ki 99999% next year govt crack krlega , to bro go for drop . Nahi to bhai 20-25 number se rahgya to bht regret hoga.
Pediatrics is great, stipend is fixed, about the same for all subjects. Medicine is also good. Both have about 50 foot fall a day. The faculty for these departments are good. A very huge plus is the fact that the toxicity is nil!
It’s good. Case load is good enough, you get a variety of cases. Since we have specialists here, so required interventions can be done. Consultants are excellent !
I want to take admission in shardha for mbbs can u pls tell what is the procedure and what total amount of fees should i have to pay now and is there any other college better than this in up
Hey! Thank you. Heritage for mbbs is good . They claim no hidden charges. Infrastructure is well built and faculty is also mostly those who were previously affiliated to amu, bhu . The varanasi hospital also records decent footfall. In my best opinion, the location is also student friendly :)
Other expenses than tuition and hostel and it’s mess- Books- 10k per year ( unless ebooks are used) Practical books / logbooks and copies which are purchased from college- 2000-3000 total ( in our year it costed only 1200 per year) Some medical equipments/ practical equipments that need to be bought- this isnt something very expensive but could be a hammer/ torch etc. not more than 1000 a year Exam fees is 5000 per exam year If exams are taken again, exam fees are charged again Any recreational activities/ monthly expenditure- 7-10k per month (depends on how much pocket money you wish to give)
@@janshiawana6499 This year’s cut off score for first round for UR was 502. To be sure that you secure a place in Sharda, you should atleast aim for 500 plus score.
Yes! In what I saw during my internship, MD paediatrics residents were exposed to variety of cases, with a good lot of consultants to guide you. Nicu exposure also is adequate.
Yes! According to latest rules, hostels are compulsory in first year. On paper, it’s necessary for all through out the course but with certain requests and permissions you can get away with it.
