I don't think that paying high for the same quality of education is worth it. You can get into Andijan , Fergana or Samarkand and yet get the same education which you may get in Bukhara

Yes it's approved , I will explain you how it is approved by wfme ( wfme is an board which certifies country wise not university wise. You can go check in the wfme website under IAAR BOARD Uzbekistan is certified under wfme so automatically all universities also get approved by wfme. I hope you understood the concept

Bukhara has the best infrastructure , clinical experience happens in late second year with introduction to general surgery and pediatrics , and medium of teaching is complete English and yes the current health minister of Uzbekistan is an alumni of bukhara state medical institute , the only disadvantage in Bukhara is the students are more compare to other universities , and the fee is comparatively high , so with which i hope i have answered all your questions
