James! Great video. This is great info regarding motors... Not all motors are the same even tho the size is similar. Radium motors appear to be well engineered for esk8! I'm saving up for these motors...
The handling, top speed and acceleration videos are exactly what esk8rs need to see. Factor in the bigger radium motors, esc and 14s pack, and adjustable trucks. MBOARDS have a serious contender for commercial board of the year here. IF THE ESC AND REMOTE stay reliable with zero hiccups, this board is a clear winner for anyone coming into the market in a sea of oversaturated chinese boards and "racetrack specific" boards . I would definitely like to see a modular battery pack that is removable at whim, for the next iteration. Well done MBOARDS. You've picked up the mantle where the "retired" boutique boards have left a severe hole in the global esk8 community. I just picked up the standard version of this board but now I might have a bit of concern, I should have spent the extra money to get the plus version. I’m coming from a backfire g3 so I’m sure this is gonna feel like a rocket either way, if I change my mind later and want radium motors, will the 12s4p battery accommodate them or is the 14s4p necessary?
Not necessarily necessary, still doable for sure. Only thing that changes from 12-14s is the top speed. Still got the same amount of p groups and thats what supplies the amount of amps. Ooorr just learn vesc than turn ur motor amps up from 65-80. Thatll keep ya happy for awhile.

Jacob cant help himself sometimes but a little pazzaaz in a video never hurt 😇 really digging the split angle nexus trucks, i like a 55/44 setup but the stock setup with the riptide bushings is carvy enough and stupid stable. And yes 39mph is enough and tbh im more of a 15-20mph carve kinda guy😅😅 the carve is where its at for me but if someone needs ubsurd amounts of acceleration with good range and 2in1 capabilities, this board would be a great option.
Ya thats doable, just not sure how they would exactly fit up with the motors and if they would hit the tail of the board or not. I have seen some nexus trucks on an older carbon gtr.
Ya the side by side clip doesnt do this board justice. Its punch off the line is alot but smooth with the tuning of the vesc based esc. Great all around 2in1
