This is the reason I never changed to another rc buggy brand, the support we have from Adam is unique… all the videos and support is priceless!! It helped me a lot. Thank you Adam!
I am considering starting 1:8 nitro buggy racing and I think my choice of car is gonna be the MBX8R. Mugen knows how to make a good race buggy, but they seriously need to improve their manuals (and their website); it looks like something from a cheap no-name brand and not one that makes excellent race grade RCs.
I scuff the tank with a dremel where I want to put the fuel line clamps and then use tire glue to secure them. If you prep the surface and scuff the tank you should be good to go.
Adam, You are given soo many great tips. However, a few of Your "under the hood" statements I think bring NO PERFORMANCE at all. Just "bling-bling" to be honest withvYou. Me myself, as a previous RC racer since 1980* I see no advantages to "bling bling to a RC race car chassie. I'd like You to only highligt options that brings PERFORMANCE only. * Yes I participated in WC 1/8 on road WC @ Pomona 1987. (Previous Thorp Raceway, "Ranch Pit Shop" when I raced there)
