Gotta give fixer his props man. He's been holding mdmr down . Maybe it's not at wu changs level atm but considering the state of the label before he came, it's in a much better state with people working together like a family.
Even if Danny was genuinely making music, him being that unresponsive for that long is an issue no matter what in an rp server. On top of that, saying you’re gonna f8 cuz the situation is weird just shows you’re not in nopixel for roleplaying cuz a real rper wouldn’t say that, good on fixer for that
Look at where this label was a few months ago. Dwayne gets kicked from the gang and basically disconnected from the Label even though he wasn't doing a good job of it anyway. Then Dean fires Molly just to make things spicy. MDMR so nearly went down. Now since Fixer took over it is so much better now
Well it was all basically dwayne yes men that used to run it all which is why it was ran so badly. Harlow was apart of that group which is why she hated mandem but I think she has learnt now that mandem aren't bad people.
@@R_Yumad No arguments from me there. Dean fired her because it would make things spicy and it accidentally turned out to be exactly what MDMR needed lol
@@nelle9529 Yes I did minimise the problem a little. It wasn't just Dwayne or Molly, there were a few problems but thankfully they seem to have been sorted for the most part
the only real rule there is for this system is you sit in the studio and you respond when people talk to you, there's always artist in there writing but when people come in they talk and there's a difference between not responding for 10 min or for more then an hour
Not gonna lie why does it fucking matter it is what it is I used to give a fuck ages ago when people were doing it in wu Chang but couldn’t really give a fuck theses days
Its not just the alleged "farming tickets" you have to also understand that by filling a slot in a RP server and just being afk is also a bad thing whether there are people in queue or not
Another thing to add to this. All it takes is enough evidence of enough people doing it, and it will ALL be taken away. Management/Staff can take this ticket system away very easily from all the record labels if there are too many people just sitting there AFK farming tickets. Gotta have proof of work if you're working there as a signed artist.
