Great job! This was actually recorded in the early 60s. That's why McCoy sounds so good on it.

Yeah. McCoy in the 60s was peak. Not a fan of his later work, he started sounded like a self-parody.

Actually, I think that this track was recorded in 1966. Tyner significantly plays more staccato than any of his recordings in 1963. Some of the 8th notes are phrased almost evenly, especially in this tempo. For example his trio recording Nights of Ballads and Blues (recorded in 1963) is much more lyrical when Tyner's playing is considered. Nonetheless, thank you for transcribing this excellent solo and sharing it!!
