Often we turn to food because it numbs our feelings, it is like a good friend. Eating out of loneliness is a big issue as well. It's important to try and find other things that make us happy. You have a lot if private problems which makes it hard to focus on your own health. It's great that you can talk about this on RU-vid but it'd also be important to have someone who can analyse those things for you. Eating disorders happen due to trauma, it looks like you've always been struggling with food.

I struggle with food binging too... its hard to overcome. I was bullemic as a teen and now as an adult, I just over indulge. Luckily I found a sport to help balance all the calories I eat but im definitely still over eating and gained a little weight ...... I pray for the both of us....
