I also don’t get why everyone makes a big deal out of “annoying” customers who didn’t decide their order BEFORE seeing the menu (which is actually designed to be distracting and draw your eyes to all these extra things you didn’t know you wanted, so blame your corporate office first) and didn’t rehearse and recite it ahead of time to make it more efficient for YOU. Trish obviously didn’t hear the lady’s answer to her question, and in a situation like that the worker could have repeated herself or asked if she was ready instead of standing around rolling her eyes because she doesn’t get to push the button yet. People are so quick to push the blame where it doesn’t belong.
