I'm pretty sure they will be. The USA gets them on August 9th and Canada usually follows a month or 2 later every year from experience.

When I filmed this on day 1 of the Pokémon Happy Meal promotion, I seriously thought it was all cards available as holos, my friend Ross at PTCG Radio thought the same on the day too, but he did a video stating the same as you. We only opened 3 packs on the day. Got some more packs to open now, so might do a follow up video.
