Tapos fresh parsley nilagay ko as toppings (naglagay din ako ng onting onti sa sauce) Ayun lang naman. Yung pagmarinate at pag coat ni ChubbyTita sa chicken perfect na perfect na for me. Just a tip: When putting flour and butter together, make sure to properly mix them and cook them for a bit. Ratio should be 1:1 in mass or 2 parts fat:1 part flour. These are the basics on making roux as a sauce base

I think adding chopped celery give the taste like ala king sauce i try it gumawa na din kasi ako ng ganyan and nung nagawa ko parang di nagkakalayo try nyo. Btw gumamit ako ng blender sa carrot and celery 😊👌

You're welcome 😊 Ung sauce need po pakuluin para maging thick xa. It can last up to 3 days basta nasa ref. You can also cut the fillet into half if maxado malaki ung chicken para mas madami ka magawa. Thanks for watching ❤️☺️
My husband make this ala king sauce for me once and he did it for taste like mcdo, he used wasabi thing or powder (i don't know) and he tell me that chilli powder (try a little bit pinch to more spicy taste) or ginger juice (natural ginger) can do the substitute if there are no wasabi thing or powder

Hello Ate na try ko po yung recipe at masyadong matamis/sweet yung result. Ibang brand na evap milk ginamit ko yung Alaska instead of Cowbell. Next time po pwede pa include ng specific brand just in case? Thank you!
@@ChubbyTita The outcome is too sweet but I'm willing to retry. Also yung EVAP milk po kung Cowbell yung brand, it is 374g not 370ml po. Anong brand po yung creamer kung natatandaan niyo po?
Ginawa ko to...idi-dip pa pala sa breadcrumbs haha pinorward ko kasi video ....kaya pala yung sakin parang naging maruya walang breadcrumbs haha .. pero ok masarap pa din
Try ko yung instruction niyo po kaso 1/2 cup of flour masyadong malapot na po mas ok kung 1/4 cup of flour and 1 cup of water, still masarap pa din yung sauce thx po sa instruction🥰
