Hey, why not🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀 instead of a house. Along the wall you could have several "closets" that open to a roll-out bed, sofa & chairs. Another would have a kitchenette and table for four. A 3rd would be a bathroom & and 1-2 more for storage.🏀🏀🏀
