I'd sued them for more than that. Just imagine this where im from this lady had a boyfriend working at Hardee's she just broke up with him over issues. So the story goes on she goes through the drive thru and orders her a nice hambruger with everything on it. That boy takes a used condom and replaces the used nasty flifthy condom as onions and she bites down in the burger and finds out to be a dirty used condom what happens to Hardee's they level it she sued them for over $500,000 dollars and now Hardee's is no more its gone and the lot is now out of a bank parking lot.
