Our neighbor's once again failed to manage their yard debris and let the pile vastly exceed the confines of their use permit. We contacted CC Code Enforcement last week about the issue and the response received was: "Not our problem." Wonder whose problem it is today? I checked prior to flying the drone and no NOTAMS or restrictions were published. Altitude limits and VLOS were observed.
