Kelly De Paz well I'm not sure about the characters used here but I think they may be from the game over watch bit I'm not sure. however I can explain the song as I love hamilton!! the musical is the story of Alexander Hamilton who married a woman named eliza Schuyler whose sister is Angelica Schuyler, the woman si ginger in this song. Angelica loved hamilton but gave him up because Angelica loved Alexander to. Hamilton and Angelica always had a connection and we're a bit flirty but Angelica would never hurt her sister as she cares for her and gave you her happiness for hers. Angelica married a wealthy man who she didn't love and would only enjoy life when writing to alexander. however Alexander meets a woman named maria reynolds who he cheats on eliza with, Maria reynolds husband finds out and blackmailed hamilton for money as to not spread around the I formation of the affair. Hampton agress.but when he is faced with accusations of why so much money is being spent from him as his enemies, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison along with his frenemy arraun burr, think he has been embezzling government funds. Hamilton who cares more about his legacy and political status than his wife's life and good name, devolves that he has spent this money because he committed adultery showing he did not commit a crime bit was a terrible person. Hampton goes on to be paranoid of his enemies sharing the news about the affair publicly that hamilton becomes self destructive and releases the information himself in something called the reynolds pamphlet. this causes his family disgrace and his name and sons name to be mocked by others. this action hurts eliza is many ways, not only did he cheat but the fact that he made a luaghing stock of them and a skeptical in this pamphlet hurt eliza. Angelica can't stand to see eliza sad, has an anger for alexander. the song is Angelica giving hamilton what he deserves, she doesn't let him talk for he needs to learn what he has done. she explains what she gave up for eliza happiness and how eliza is truly the best thing to both of these barley happy people, she explains what she gave up and how eliza must be valued. she also shares how she still loves Alexander but wouldn't dream of hurting eliza, and is mad at how Alexander appreciated none of this and took eliza for granted. she is mad at him for sharing the Information just to protect his legacy. this is actully a cut song from the play and what I have explained is just the branch of the play dealing with hamilton affair. the sorry is complex and has alot of emotion and I formation with great music, the writer is a genius and I suggest you go listen to the soundtrack. (just a warning I haven't seen the show but I know just enough to shed light on your confusion) so here is what happened, Alexander (Mcree) has cheated on his wife and published a paper that told how long he cheated, who he cheated with, and why he cheated. when Angelica(Honzo) found out she came back to America from England and told him what you've already heard. Eliza(gengi) was madly in love with Alexander(Mcree) and the same with Alexander towards Eliza. I believe that's all you need to know to understand the video. I don't know if I'm leaving anything off, but if I am, I'm sure someone will come along and give you a better explanation. I hope I helped.
