Thank you so much for making this! I can't understand why so many people are willing to buy into the idea that Kurt had an affair? It directly contradicts everything we have ever been shown about his character. He is fundamentally honest, it is his defining characteristic. And he loves Diane so much and has done for years. There's no evidence to support the accusation Alicia had Lucca make in court, she just knew it was something that would sound bad and would make Diane react badly. When Alicia saw Diane and Kurt being happy together at her party, in that moment she realised they had built something that she had no hope of ever having, the person she has become couldn't bear to let something good and beautiful exist. So she tried to destroy it for nothing, for a man she doesn't even care about. She's awful. But there's no way Diane and Kurt break up over this. No way. There was no affair. Diane may have insecurities but she's not stupid. The only thing destroyed in that courtroom was Kurt's reputation of integrity. Which is terrible. But we were told that truth seldom wins when it goes up against power. Oh well, he's retired now and he and Diane can go and live their lives and be happy together. And that's the story as far as I'm concerned.

I must say...this is the real end of their story. Their breakup does not make sense. 1. their story was built gradually, step by step, their love was gradually strengthened and was based on mutual respect and admiration (Kurt to Diane - "you are my hero"; Diane excited by Kurt's testimony, challenges him into car sex) 2. Last 3 episodes before ending showed us how much they loved each other. (Diane willing to let Kurt do what we wants whit his company and Kurt willing to find another buyer for it/ Kurt willing to testify against his convictions.) We don' know what Kurt answered in court. MUST have been like this: Kurt:"I had a relationship with her in 2012 and IT is not why I changed my opinion" ( He has changed opinion before when new evidence appeared) Diane left the court crying because Alicia humiliated her and her husband. It is true that Diane is horrified by the situation, doubt and shame almost made her vomit, BUT, she KNEW THAT IT WASN'T THE "relationship" that changed Kurt's mind, because she did it in the first time. THEREFORE she slapped Alicia not Kurt. And they lived happily ever after... as Christine Baranski said. :::)))
