Retired piping designer after 40 years, but twice I worked for a major commercial HVAC company in Los Angeles and detailed piping systems for many major projects around LA county. Unfortunately they shut down operations but one of the more memorable projects was a high rise hospital including 25 air handler units and a large central plant. After watching this video, I'm inspired to go back into the business again for a company like this one if only they would entertain my work on remote basis. LOL

Very impressive. 7:00 Really stands out the most. Fully built out and tested skids had to be a real challenge to get from concept to production. But once you cross that line the benefits are massive.

The relationship with the union workers seem positive. Hopefully, when the company is doing great the union workers are benefitting extra and when the company is doing poorly the union workers are doing what they can to assist the company.
