It’s crazy seeing this thing become reality. At the launch in Geneva of the 720s, i spoke with a McLaren Employee and he explained the challenges they were facing creating the spyder version and how difficult yet easy compared to other cars it’d be due to the monocoque. I no lie forget about it until i got an email from McLaren a month ago debuting the spyder.

Mr. JWW has more refined content and appeals to an older, more sophisticated demographic...unlike a lot of car RU-vidrs that attract the young and impressionable 13 to 18 year olds.
He isn’t into constant doughnuts and street racing like a few other moron’s successful channels, he is more classy and collected in his driving hence the lack of getting pulled over content. Most of his viewers have been done with high school and college for a while. Cheers

When the 720 first came out I didn’t like it, but since then it’s grown on me so much. This is a beautiful car, and it’s one of the best priced Supercars on the planet. Well come mclaren, well done
Advice my car loving 90 year old grandfather always has given, never spec a car with a light coloured top dashboard. Something he learnt the hard way in the 60's when green vinyl dashboards were in fashion :)
Because of the reflections...totally agree. I also can't understand someone wanting to spec a car with overall light colored leather...especially the seats and door panels...just impossible to clean.
Holy... damn, that car... i was wondering what kind of compromises they would have to make with the spider version of the 720s, but once again, Mclaren being as impressive as they are... and that paint is just so beautiful!
James You were in my neighborhood! I could have showed you some of the INCREDIBLE driving roads around southern Arizona. I'm sure no one in your party suggested Arizona Highway 366 one of the world's finest driving roads. You could have had so much more fun! I could have also arranged a personal tour of the Titan Missile Museum National Historic Landmark. Oh well, maybe next visit... Kudos on more exceptional content!
Great video James! So glad you got to come visit the beautiful state of Arizona and it looks like you got to travel on some of my favorite driving roads! The 87 or B-Line Highway with its twists and turns is so much fun to blast up and down!

*Arizona has some extremely underrated driving roads, just get a radar detector and learn where the small towns are and you're set!* (Even better for motorcyclists, considering Arizona's lax motorcycle and driving laws.) Also if you're not going at least 144kmh (90mph) you will be honked at in the interstate roads. A significant amount of people in Arizona seem drive a lot faster than the rest of the United States.

Like the 720s in silver also I've seen a lot of posts on social media of people comparing the the 720s coupe with it's glass roof & shape to the RCZ... and yep i get that!
Trust & believe when I say that is not the tallest Saguaro in Arizona, I live in the state & I'm surrounded by them. I've seen a few as tall as 3 stories, that cactus is average size.
Mr Jww.Have you sold out totally? Will you confirm or deny that 100 new Mc Larens are being stored,unsold,as we speak? In the uk, and more coming off the production line?
That metallic blue color looks truly amazing. McLaren should have flown you guys to South America; it's summer. It rains a lot in AZ in the winter; monsoon season. Visit the wall. :)
I'm really enjoying the new content James! You feel much more natural on camera now compared to a year ago. Can't wait for the adventures to come in 2019, I wish you all the best.
