Mam plz check the question once again...option d says only parliament determines the no. Of judges in High court and u said it's wrong supporting the explanation related to appointment of judges. President appoints the judges with the consultation with judges that's true .. but strength of judges in court is only decided by parliament.

Mam , a retired judge can't serve in the same court from where he has been retired?? But in the previous state you told that chief justice of High court can request a retired judge of that High court or any other high court to act in the high court??? Please mam let me know this
