Do not start with one tablespoon per day. Start with something like 1/4 to 1/2 tsp a day with food if you're new to it. Otherwise, you can spend most of the day on the toilet

A while back I used to use MCT oil but on the instructions it says it could raise blood pressure I have blood pressure issues this year I did go through a triple bypass do you think that MCT oil would help or be safe for me to use thank you doctor

I was on the edge of becoming a Type 2diabetic due to a vegan/vegetarian diet. First, my ankles started to get slightly thinker. At the beginning of this summer, I must have scratched an itch on the top of my foot with the nails of my other foot all night. When I woke up, I had sliced the top of my foot back and forth. Since then and up to today, it doesn't stop itching. Will MCT Oil or coconut oil help?
Ketones help body to use body fat for energy . Hexane free MCT from coconut oil distillation would be the best . Try nerve renew it has R alpha lipoic acid benfotiamine and all the b vitamin supplements to repair nerve damage caused by neauropathy. I have neauropathy and it has helped me significantly. You have to order it online though don’t expect immediate results though it takes time to get into your system.
