Thank you for only putting one ad in this video unlike the other greedy people on RU-vid. Music like this deserves to be listened to in its entirety and not interrupted and I really appreciate you only inserting one ad.

Juz throw any damn thing at him and he'll make music out of it. Saw a video long time ago, he made music with cooking utensil. Man! this guy is a genius... absolutely amazing.
This man is playing with all these instruments just to keep himself cool. Superb, thandarous, epicalaptic best example of VERY VERY GOOD:-)^_^. In clinical psychology there are almost 110 types of MaD. This is also one type, who is making other MaD with his innovative MADNESS. No languages can define his ability.
When ever iam frustrated after reading for exam or If I didn't get sleep at nights..... I'll see his drums videos in youtube....while watching his videos my legs and hands will always be shaking...m his music really refreshes our mind....
🤯😳 I have not words for talking about them 😶😐😇 wow nice good outstanding mind-blowing fabulous rediculuos pata nhi aur Kya Kya hota hai. but I like it😘
I also play beat instruments(all types of drums by the way) and I will say that was incredible he played every possible way of making beats including sound effects and I see a lot of negative comments so if y'all who give the negative comments don't know how to play any of those drums y'all shut up and if you do know how to play then don't bother to continue playing cause only those who know real music can recognise how talented and how incredible this performance was
So according to you millions of people watching cricket in India and criticize the team if they dont play or appreciate them if they play well only because all of them are playing cricket right??? One thing you must accept he's the shadow of his prime now and I don't really enjoy this.
For those who have have loved this performance dont forget to watch the performance of Buddy Love and Jo Jones. Watch Sing Sing Sing and Caravan. I am sure you will enjoy as much.
I love him a lot since my childhood!! But now a days his performance in onstage is not actually his best of his capability!! He come unprepared and just running the show. Please not be offended. Either he use suitcase and kill the time or like this random rythms. He is capable of playing even more pleasant. Its my humble opinion.

When you make such bombastic statements with zero knowledge , it just sounds silly. Firstly shivamani is a percussionist and not a drummer. He wouldn’t rank in the top 1000 drummers let alone number 1. Secondly he lacks creativity and his solos are boring . If you want to see and hear world class percussion , listen to Trilok Gurtu , manu katche , from whom Shivamani Seems to have picked up a few tricks.
Paying full respect to mr. Shivamani n accepting it...that undoubtedly he is tremendously talented but but..... But in this vdo its looking like a kid trumbling in the jungle of instruments.. its kind of overhyped stuff.. it would b better if he only focused with his drums.. n not being jumbled up with various things..

L.Ganapathiraman, Nellai. Has a good rhythm sense. But, should try to upgrade the standard by playing a series of proper rhythmic expressions with intricacy, calculation and musicality. Also should try to master either Western or Indian style. Being a Drummer, most preferably to choose Western. In both, right from the beginning to the end, the flow should be in order with variations and be strictly within the " Kalabramanam " including Rest and Gathi modulation ( Eg: From Sadhusram to Thisram and back ). The effort, it is apparent, is more towards playing fast rolls than playing formal Thaalam. Playing thaalam is entirely different from maintaining speed while performing. Expressions, be it very fast, fast, medium fast, slow or very slow, should fall well within the selected timing without any slip. And there is no much of variety as he plays only Sadhusram ( Four-Four in western ) with a slight change over to Thisram. Should try to handle exclusively the other categories of Thaalas such as Thisram ( Six - Eight ), Gandam ( Five - Eight ), Misram ( Seven - Eight ) and Sangeernam ( Four - Eight + Five - Eight ). Needs to practise a lot systematically with the right type of orientation and improve his performance, which is really an interesting task. May The Almighty bless him for attaining further professional excellence.
@@sdinesh019 L.Ganapathiraman, Nellai Well. I was just waiting for some comments to be received. I am a Musician. To be specific, I am a Percussionist. I will be sending my detailed reply next, in response to your second comment. Dated the 8th January 2020.
@@sdinesh019 L.Ganapathiraman, Nellai. My reply continues. I am not a bloody scoundrel. Instead, I remain myself to be a Musician. Having a natural penchant for music, I appeared straight for the 4th Grade Theory Examination in the Western Classical Music conducted by The Trinity College of Music, London and had meritorious pass. I plan to complete 6th grade straight and next 8th grade straight. I am also a Percussionist and play Bongos and Triple Congas. I am very deeply interested in the Indian Classical rhythm. For a change and as totally a different attempt, I apply Thavil ( accompaniment to Nadhaswaram ) expressions / Sollukats to Bongos for all the five categories of Thalas. This I do with utmost care, sincerity and dedication under the guidance of a well experienced and professional Special Thavil Master residing in our town. Music is not my profession and I am a silent Musician rendering solo performance on Bongos for 1 hour in the near by temples during important festivals just for deriving soul satisfaction. God may not bless all the musicians to have opportunities to make themselves more visible and become prominent. But, that should not, in any way, dampen the interest and weaken the enthusiasm to learn, understand and practise music. I follow this principle and confine my performance only to the local area. Music in divine whether it is Western or Indian and it calls for the ultimate perfection. Such a perfection comes only through a regular, determined and systematic practice with the right type of orientation. I am of the firm opinion that musicians should always be open to constructive criticisms. I take your strong comments in a positive manner for my development purpose. I appreciate all the musicians for their talent, hard work and dedication but I don't hesitate to give constructive comments just for their improvement because I see a performance as a performance and music as music as a whole. May God bless you for all the thing and everything Dated the 8th January 2020
