I think it's kinda fine since 1, they are not blood related, along with wwx, and 2, cousin relationship/marriage is alright and common in their timeline
They are not real cousins . First of all Yanli and Wei ying are not blood related but adopted AND Sizhui is the adopted son of Wangxian . You could call them cousins if Yanli and Wei ying were biological siblings but they are not
@@carlo__bs I see them as cousins because Wei Ying and Yanli saw each other as siblings and Wei Ying adopted Shizui as his kid. That makes them cousins for me (it doesn't matter that they are not blood related if they consider those bonds true).
