Thank You for this honest podcast. I think most women, at some point in our life, suffer from the 'disease to please'. We are taught from a young age, to put men and other people first. We are taught to integrate our self esteem with also being a 'nice' person and we believe neglecting ourselves is just part of our social duty as a woman. Even as lesbians, we continue to self sacrifice and always want to put our partners needs before our own. The Important thing is to become aware of our need to please others, and learn to be okay with our own needs and also to set boundaries with people that are very damanding and needy in our life. We need to be our own best advocates. ❤❤❤

Miriam girl, giiiirllll you need to stop spoiling people , if they aint on your level of wealth do things with them that they can afford to do , do not finance peoples lives for them because they cant keep the pace up financially, girls are so vindictive and will date somebody for finances and you are worth so much more then that, you are smart , beautiful and strong Walks in the park, game of basketball , cinemas and coffee at starbucks are all fine to do , please do not be buying peoples holidays for them , moving them in and paying for everything you can be empathetic without being exploited , ❤
