seriously, where is it!

One of the In Sound Mind devs revealed the location on twitter and it is around the outside of Lucas' cabin (or rangers cabin) in his tape. It's inside of a box full of bottles at the end of the little brick wall. You have to shoot the bottles in the box in order to see it.
