Where are you finding all these unique characters? I’ve never seen LOUIE from Pikmin 2 on the SRB2 message board.

They're all on the SRB2P Gamebana. Some characters that have support with SRB2P are on the MB, but most mods for this side of SRB2 are on GB.

If you mean the one that uses Teddy's voice and Chie's persona, then that's Lancer in the Fun Gang pack. If you mean actual Persona 4 characters, then that's the Seekers of Vibe pack. Both are found on the SRB2P Gamebana.
