Taylor said on Instagram that the song isn't mean to be taken that seriously- she wanted to put out something that was fun and made people feel good about themselves! Hence the goofy "Spelling is fun!" and "You can't spell awesome without me" parts. :)

There's two that I know. One of them is the sign "Lover". The other is a hidden phrase that goes away really fast when the heart pattern appears (at the bottom of one of the hearts) from Brendon's chest. Something like "pattern change" I think. I had to change the speed to 0,25x for the second clue lol. I don't know if there is another clue there, but the last scene is SO simliar to Delicate, which is interesting

breathin • 210 years later she releases her most simple and catchy songs first to get it all over the radios and Spotify to get the attention of people who are not her fan. That way it kinda gets people attention and more will buy albums because all her truly meaningful and lyrical music is on the album. It’s smart and I applaud her for it because it has worked every time

In this clip Taylor is reminding Xuxa a lot, a great child showcaser in the 90s, the most famous in my country (Brazil), she also was a singer. And the fact that she said "Hey kids, spelling is fun!" it just adds that point of view. I know it wasn’t her intention, but just look it up on youtube.

I’m not the biggest fan of Taylor but I do like her music, and I listened to this song and I wasn’t the biggest fan of it but it grew on me, and I will say this about Taylor, she knows how to make a catchy song. And honestly I was skeptical about the Brendon Urie feature but honestly now that I’ve listened to the song more times, I feel like he was a good fit for the song.

personally, I love the musical theatre inspiration in the MV (being a theatre nerd myself, and bc I am jane banks in a mary poppins musical and am obsessed with mary poppins lol) and I was a who last year in seussical jr, so when she said "whoville is shaking" I freaked out lmao.
